This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains your rights to cancel orders, subscriptions, and other purchase options at Wellora Labs.

VIP Membership Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your VIP membership at any time without penalties or fees. Cancellation can be completed by:

  • Emailing us at: hello@welloralabs.com

When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

  • During the 21-day free trial: If you cancel during your trial period, you will not be charged. Access to benefits ends immediately upon cancellation.
  • After the trial period: Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you will no longer be charged, and access to VIP benefits will end.

Important: No Refunds for Past Access

Cancellation stops FUTURE charges only. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.

Digital benefits are non-refundable once accessed. Like a movie or concert ticket, once you have access to digital content (e-books, discount codes, exclusive products), it cannot be refunded — even if you choose not to use it. Your membership provided immediate access to these benefits upon purchase.

Product Order Cancellation

Before Processing (Within 2 Hours)

Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement at no cost. To cancel:

  • Email: hello@welloralabs.com
  • Include your order number and request cancellation

After Processing (Beyond 2 Hours)

Once an order enters processing (after 2 hours), it cannot be canceled. At this stage, you may:

  • Wait to receive the product and initiate a return (see Returns section below)
  • Contact us to discuss available options

Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition (unless defective)
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Digital benefits from VIP membership (e-books, discount codes, exclusive access)
  • Products purchased with VIP discounts (refunds calculated on amount paid, not original price)
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to exceptions.

Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital content supplied immediately (e-books, discount codes, exclusive access)
  • Services fully performed once you have given explicit consent
  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery

For VIP membership, once you have accessed digital benefits during your 21-day trial or paid period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that period of access.

How We Process Cancellations

When you submit a cancellation request:

  1. Confirmation: You will receive confirmation within 3 business days
  2. Membership cancellation: Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  3. Order cancellation (within 2 hours): Processed immediately if not yet in fulfillment
  4. Refunds: Processed within 14 days to your original payment method (for eligible items only)
