Eligibility for a Refund

Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us at hello@welloralabs.com with details and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will promptly review your case and arrange the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and delivery fails, we can reship the order once the correct address is confirmed (extra shipping fees will apply).
If delivery is refused or returned to us, shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Refunds for Discounted Purchases
Refunds for products purchased with VIP discounts (25% or 80%) will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original product price.
Extended Warranty
VIP customers are entitled to a 1-year extended warranty on products purchased during the subscription period. Replacements or repairs will be provided free of charge, except in cases of misuse.
Free Shipping on Exchanges
VIP members will have return and reshipping costs fully covered by Wellora Labs for exchanges or returns due to defects.
Subscription and Cancellation
- VIP membership may be canceled at any time without penalties
- Access to benefits will remain until the end of the paid billing cycle

Late or Missing Refunds
If you're expecting a refund but haven't received it, follow these steps:

- Contact your bank for processing updates
